By downloading, installing, or using MeetingChamp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

MeetingChamp is an on-device AI meeting note taker. It records audio from your device microphone and system audio, transcribes speech using WhisperKit, and generates structured meeting summaries using Apple Intelligence. All processing happens locally on your device.

MeetingChamp is currently free during its beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans with a minimum of 30 days notice to existing users. Existing free tier users will not be charged without explicit opt-in to a paid plan.
MeetingChamp and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of Xurg Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to the meeting content generated using MeetingChamp — your transcripts, summaries, and notes belong to you.
MeetingChamp integrates with third party services including Slack, Notion, and Gmail. Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. MeetingChamp is not responsible for the practices of third party services.
MeetingChamp uses Google Sign-In for authentication, subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store: The App is distributed via the Apple Mac App Store and is subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ in addition to these Terms.
MeetingChamp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xurg Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MeetingChamp, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xurg Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of MeetingChamp, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law — including any claims related to unauthorised recording of third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MeetingChamp at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at abhinav@bidturns.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
